Returns Policy

Overview

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Defective, Damaged, Or Incorrect Items

Inspect your item as soon as it arrives.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email hello@nuude.co.za as soon as possible so that we can assist you.

Please include the following information:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographs of the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Review And Resolution

Once we receive your email, we will review the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

a replacement item, where stock is available, or
a full refund to your original payment method if a replacement is not available

Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Where a replacement is provided, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item to you.

We will also cover the return shipping costs for items confirmed to be incorrect. Items confirmed to be damaged or defective do not need to be returned.

Conditions

The following conditions apply to items that are reported as defective, damaged, or incorrect:

The item must not have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
The item must still have its original hang tag attached.
We reserve the right to decline a claim where there is evidence that the defect or damage resulted from use, misuse, or normal wear and tear after delivery.

Order Changes And Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or cancelled before they have been processed for fulfilment.

Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be changed or cancelled and will instead be subject to our Returns Policy.

Nothing in this clause affects any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, including your rights in relation to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
