How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your waybill/ tracking number.

You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery through our courier partner, The Courier Guy.

Steps to Track Your Parcel
  1. Copy the waybill from your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Click the tracking link below.
  3. Paste your waybill number into the tracking field.
  4. Click "Track Now" to view your delivery status.

Please allow 12–24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to appear in the courier system.
